We at North Country Adjusters take pride in the continuing education of our employees. We strongly support our administrative and adjusting staff to keep well informed of any changes within the industry to better serve our clients. Our industry is a continually changing environment, and it is our philosophy to change with it. Our junior staff are required to complete their C.I.P. as well as attending training classes and seminars.

Some courses completed include Disaster Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Cause Determination and Investigation, Advanced Business Interruption, Mould Awareness etc.

WORKING HISTORY/SERVICES

North Country Adjusters was established on April 1, 1998 in Fort Frances Ontario and offers insurance adjusting services to clients all over North America. We service northwestern Ontario, which circumference includes Rainy River, Kenora, Red Lake, Dryden, Pickle Lake, Thunder Bay, and all towns in between. The main principal of the Company, Mr. Keith E. Knapp, has over 20 years of adjusting experience. Our Company is capable of handling all claims including Municipal Liability, Errors and Omissions, Medical Malpractice, Slip and Fall, Wrongful Death, Transport and Cargo, Product Liability, Blasting Claims, Pre-Blast Surveys, Boiler and Machinery, Business Interruption, Accident Benefit, Bodily Injury, Property, Auto etc. Our Company offers a 24/7 emergency contact to better service our clients.

North Country Adjusters also holds a corporate license in Manitoba and has in the past assisted clients with their claims needs during different catastrophes. North Country Adjusters has also recently sent an adjuster to Florida, U.S.A. to assist with hurricane catastrophe work.
